Independent Provider Agreement & Biometric Consent

Version 2026-06-18-v2 · HochaServices, operated by Adaptensor, Inc., Cove, Arkansas

1. Who this is for

You are applying to be an independent service provider (cleaner, handyman, lawn, delivery, care) who may accept work from property owners and managers on HochaServices. You are not an employee of HochaServices or Adaptensor, Inc.

2. What we collect to verify you

To create a trusted record of who enters owners' homes, we ask you to provide: (a) a selfie photo; (b) photos of the front and back of your government-issued ID; (c) a short voice recording(a “voiceprint”); and (d) a 10-digit phone number used as your identifier. We also record your GPS location and timestamps when you check in and out of a job, and photos you take during work.

3. Biometric information consent

Your voiceprint and facial image may constitute biometric information under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and similar statutes. By submitting, you give informed, written consent for HochaServices / Adaptensor, Inc. to collect, store, and use this biometric information for the sole purposes of identity verification and securing access to serviced properties. We will never sell, lease, or trade your biometric information, and we will not disclose it except as described in Section 5 or as required by law.

4. How it's stored & how long we keep it

Your ID images, selfie, and voiceprint are encrypted at rest on our own servers in Cove, Arkansas, and are not publicly accessible. They are part of your Personal Digital Token (PDT) — an identity package that you own. We do not auto-expire or quietly purge your data: it is retained on file for as long as it is useful to verify you, and is permanently deleted when deletion is directed by you, by a property owner, or by a property manager you work with. We never sell or scrape it; it exists only to verify entry and is held in our own non-data-selling datacenter. You may direct deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Who can see it

Your verification record is reviewed by HochaServices administrators. An owner or manager whose property you service may be shown your verification status, name, and photo for safety — and, where you and the owner both opt in, may require an entry verification (a live photo/video and/or voice match) when you arrive. Raw ID images are not shared with owners.

6. Your rights

You may request to access or delete your information at any time by contacting support@adaptensor.com. Deleting verification data may end your ability to accept work that requires verification.

7. GPS & on-site records

When you check in to a job, the app records your GPS location and time to confirm you are at the property, and keeps these records for the owner and for safety/dispute purposes.

8. Accuracy & honesty

You confirm the ID and information you provide are true and your own. Submitting another person's ID or a false identity may be a crime and will result in removal.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
